Microsoft PartnerSource under construction???

These days Microsoft is reconstructing their PartnerSource extranet for partners. And it also seems they are not doing a fantastic job.

At least I am having lots of diffculties accessing the website,

I'm sorry too, why is it so difficult for Microsoft to upgrade a website - hopefully not becasuse they are using Sharepoint!

I'm wondering if I am the only one having difficulties with PartnerSource?
